About Our Products & Designs
Where do the designs come from?
All designs are original, hand-drawn digital art created exclusively by our in-house graphic designer. They’re inspired by our lives as pet lovers, often featuring our cat, Mr. Bưởi.
What is the quality of your shirts?
We use high-quality blanks and professional Print-on-Demand (POD) production. Items are printed using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) or embroidery for durability and vibrant colors. Each product page lists garment details.
Will the design fade in the wash?
With proper care (wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry low or hang to dry), our designs stay bright and last. Avoid bleach or harsh detergents.
Are your shirts true to size?
Yes, but please check our detailed Size Guide on each product page before ordering. Since items are printed on demand, we only accept returns for damaged or misprinted products (see Returns section).
Do you only sell shirts?
Right now we focus on t-shirts and hoodies, but we plan to expand into other products for pet lovers soon.
Ordering, Shipping & Fulfillment
What does “Print-on-Demand” mean?
Every item is made especially for you when you order. We don’t hold inventory, which means less waste and more unique designs, but it does take a few extra days to produce.
How long until my order ships?
Most orders are fulfilled within 3–7 business days (average 5 days). After that, shipping times apply.
What are your shipping times and costs?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Typical delivery times (after fulfillment):
- US/Canada: 3–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days (customs fees may apply)
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Thanks to our fulfillment partner, we ship worldwide. Delivery time and fees depend on your country.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $100 (applied automatically at checkout).
