Shipping & Returns Policy

At Mr. Bưởi, each item is made to order with care. Because our products are printed on demand, our shipping and returns procedures differ from traditional retail. Please read the policy below before placing your order.
1. Order Fulfillment & Shipping
- All products are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner (Printful).
- Standard fulfillment time is 2–7 business days from order placement to shipment.
- Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier. After fulfillment, average delivery is typically 5–10 business days, depending on destination.
- You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.
- Free Standard Shipping applies to orders over $100. Threshold is subject to change and is applied automatically at checkout.
2. Order Failed to Deliver / Return to Sender
If a carrier cannot deliver due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed package, the shipment may be returned to our fulfillment partner. We will contact you to confirm the correct shipping address. Reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Email support@mrbuoi.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
- Once we verify the issue with our fulfillment partner, we will replace the item at no cost or provide another resolution.
4. Buyer’s Remorse & Size Issues
Because items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (change of mind). Please check the product size guide carefully before ordering.
If you ordered the wrong size, you may place a new order for the correct size. We do not currently offer free size exchanges.
5. Lost in Transit
If tracking shows your package is lost in transit, contact us at support@mrbuoi.com. We will investigate with our fulfillment partner and the carrier. If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first — in many cases they can locate the parcel. Replacement for items marked “Delivered” cannot be guaranteed.
6. Refunds (If Applicable)
If we approve a refund, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
